Completing my degree in Systems Analysis and Development at FIAP, I stood out academically while balancing side job commitments, as evidenced by prestigious academic awards and project distinctions. Currently, I apply my extensive experience to significant B2B and B2C projects, prioritizing customer engagement and satisfaction, and I am committed to evolving in my career and facing new challenges head-on.
